• Honest Expert Advice – A proper heat-pump design normally starts with a chargeable room-by-room heat-loss survey and system assessment. This is detailed work and normally takes a full day. We quote the survey and design for the individual property and location; central London beyond Putney and Chiswick costs more because of travel time.
• Property-Specific Design – We use the survey results to assess heat loss, emitter sizes, likely flow temperature, hot-water demand and the suitability of the proposed system.
• Clear, Jargon-Free Communication – No nonsense. We speak human, not tech-speak just clear explanations and transparent quotes, with a commitment to customer-first clarity.
1 Chargeable Survey & Design: A room-by-room heat-loss survey and system assessment provide the basis for a detailed proposal. This work normally takes a full day and is quoted for the property and location.
2 Agreed Installation: Experienced engineers install the agreed system and any specified radiator or underfloor-heating changes.
3 Siting & Noise Assessment: We consider unit position, manufacturer sound data and relevant planning constraints during design.
4 Expected Performance: We explain the design assumptions and expected performance. Actual running costs depend on the property, system temperatures, controls, tariffs and how the heating is used.
5 Handover & Advice: We demonstrate the controls and explain normal operation and servicing requirements.

Can a heat pump warm a large home? – Yes! With good insulation, one heat pump unit may suffice in warming a large home – if not, we can install a cascade system tailored to your size.
Will heat pumps work with underfloor heating? – Absolutely. Underfloor heating runs at lower temperatures, letting the heat pump operate at peak efficiency.
Are heat pumps noisy? Not at all – modern dedicated heating heat pumps are quieter than a gas boiler.
